  • PHP - You love PHP. Oh yes. You know you do.

  • Python - Mmmmmm........snake.
  • PyGame - Mmmmmm........snake games. Intigrating the SDL library with Python.
  • Pythonware - Home to an excellent explanation of Tkinter (which I've found the base Python docs to be somewhat deficient in), as well as added info on Python.
  • FCC ID search - Excellent for whenever you find yourself with a piece of hardware that the manufacturer was too embarrased to put their name on. A must for anyone with the uncontrollable habit of pulling the case off their computer.

Transgender/Genderqueer/Queer

  • Venus Envy - Erin Lindsey's long running, way cool TG comic.
  • NoConnectionsStudio/AstroGirl - A coolio web comic done by a coolio Oregon TG.
  • Sphere - The best queergendered community out there. Be warned, high traffic, though its high signal/low noise.
  • PlanetOut - Fluffy glbt news and slow message boards, but still better than gay.com.
  • The Transsexual Women's Resources - Put together by Dr. Anne Lawrence. An excellent collection of TG resources and information.

  • Game Maker - Make games, without learning all that twitchy programming stuph. A pretty coolio tool.
  • Home of the Underdogs - Find all your favorite old-timey out of print games.
  • Electrotank - Hella good shockwave games. So far its just mini-golf, pool, and air-hockey(woohoo!), but its obvious that the team is constantly working hard.
  • PlanetQuake - For all your Quake needs. A classic.
  • Gamasutra - Game Developers Magazine's site. Good readin'.

  • Requiem For A Dream - The web site for the movie. A bizarre scary website for a bizarre scary movie. Check it out especially if you're a flash fanatic.

News Products 'n' Opinions

  • Common Dreams - Real good liberal lefty essays.

  • The Onion - What's really going on in the world.
  • Molly Ivans - Molly's just an old liberal crank from Texas.....bless her heart. (Note: Yahoo cut Molly from their list of featured editorialists for whatever reason...columns can now be found at Creator's Syndicate or at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. I've gotten a lot of hits from people apparently searching for Molly's columns and apologize for the dead link. Yahoo sux0rz.)
